CNN have just released their viewing schedule for the major event occurring on Tuesday, January 20th.
They have committed to providing 24/7 coverage starting in the early hours of Tuesday, however they have stated that they will interrupt the coverage of the main event very occasionally so that viewers can catch up with the secondary 'proceedings' of the same day - Obama's Inauguration Ceremony.
The tentative schedule for the main TV coverage is:
* Arrival of the limousine cavalcade at the Rex Hospital Main Entrance and the entry of Keith R's knees - approximately, 6:30 am;
* Commencement of the surgery on THE knees - approximately, 9:00 am;
* Anticipated completion of the surgery - approximately, 12 noon. [It is understood that CNN will then quickly pan to the Inauguration Ceremony for twenty minutes or so].
It is not known whether the anticipated snowfall expected overnight tonight in Central North Carolina will impact this schedule. Stay tuned.
It is expected that THE knees will not be available for comment until Wednesday, January 21st.

Just like interrupting a great game with commercials, why can't CNN stay focused on the main event!?
ReplyDeleteI bet CNN would break away to cover the latest Tonya Harding incident on a certain set of "new knees"....
